HYDRATE & BRIGHTEN:

Apply a generous amount to clean, damp hair. Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use weekly or as needed. Formulated to follow Nº.4P Blonde Enhancer™ Toning Shampoo for even, optimal toning.
